Regional Continuing Education Workshops

LE@D: Lifelong Education @ Desktop - The University of North Texas offers, as a community service, a series of online continuing education tutorials at a nominal cost
E-Training for New Librarians - Training in many different subject areas from the Idaho State Library
Mid-Hudson Library System Professional Development - Includes a list of ALA accredited graduate schools and a great list of online graduate courses
Nebraska Statewide Training for Accurate Reference (STAR) Reference Manual
Technology Competencies for library staff - Includes tutorials from the Rochester Regional Library Council.
WebJunction: E-Learning Clearinghouse - Online education programs and courses for library staff and information professionals offered by ALA-accredited graduate schools, undergraduate schools, community colleges, regional library networks, and WebJunction.

CE Refund Policy
Effective September 26, 2002, the following refund policy applies to Southeastern Continuing Education Programs:

Cancellations prior to the two days before a scheduled workshop are subject to a minimum $5.00 service charge. Cancellations made one to two days prior to a scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
Southeastern will invoice for any registrations made but not paid for or canceled.
If a Southeastern program or workshop is canceled due to a low level of participation, you will be notified accordingly and a full refund will be issued.
