The Program
The Southeastern New York Library Resources Council is pleased to offer
databases from Britannica. These databases are being offered
under the terms and conditions of the New York State contract by the
New York State Office of General Services (OGS). For more information
on the OGS license agreement with Britannica and its refund policy, visit

Subscription Year
The 12-month subscription year recognized by Britannica Online for the New York State program is July 1 to June 30.
When can libraries sign up?
A library can subscribe anytime throughout the year.

A library interested in any of the Britannica Online databases
needs to fill out the Britannica Online Sign-Up
Sheet.

Invoicing
SENYLRC will send you an invoice within 30 days after we receive your order.
This invoice will include a 1% administrative fee.
Note: By signing the form and/or purchase order making reference
to the OGS State Contract Group # 79123, Award # NEG-21006,
the library automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of the NYS
contract.
Remote User Access
Britannica Online offers free remote access for the
subscribing institution with a secure website or via a user name and password.
Usage Statistics
Britannica Online will provide statistics to libraries participating in the NYS OGS program. These statistics will be available at the institutional level. Statistics are available at http://statistics.eb.com/. A user ID and password is required.
