Date: Monday, July 13 - Wednesday, July 29
Location: Online Via Zoom
Trainer: Tracy Thompson, Healthy Organizations Consulting
We need your input! In 2021, Southeastern will submit a 5-year plan of service to the New York State Library's Division of Library Development, as required by law, and adopt a new internal strategic plan to guide their efforts in the coming years. A Planning Committee of the Board of Trustees has contracted with Tracy Thompson of Healthy Organizations Consulting to assist with this work.
In order for Southeastern to continue to serve you in a meaningful way and provide value to your library, we need to talk with you! Tracy had hoped to meet with you in person, but in light of the pandemic we have decided to organize a series of small group meetings via zoom, and an online survey for those who are not able to attend a session, to gather your input. These meetings will take place during July, and will be limited to 8 participants each. Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis. Some sessions are geared toward a particular library type (e.g. hospital) or staff role (e.g. directors), and others are open to anyone working in the library.
Please use this link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GVRPBDH to find sessions that works with your schedule. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will be asked to complete an online survey instead. Please take this opportunity to be heard! Southeastern is YOUR council. Let us know what matters most to you by participating in this process.
