Marketing Manager — The Ramapo Catskill Library System

The Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS) works with forty-seven libraries across four counties to offer excellent services and programs to meet the needs of our neighbors.  We seek a candidate who has experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to join our team of dedicated individuals working toward building strong community advocates.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of creating comprehensive advocacy campaigns and implementing direct outreach marketing efforts to target groups. 
Key Responsibilities:  Plan, organize, and coordinate RCLS advocacy campaigns. Understand and analyze library user and non-user trends.  Collaborate with Executive Director to develop, implement, and monitor strategic marketing plans for RCLS and member libraries.  
Qualifications:  Four (4) years of marketing experience, including two (2) years of demonstrated success in developing and leading an advocacy campaign. Demonstrated marketing expertise and knowledge of current and emerging industry requirements and practices. Extensive understanding of a wide range of marketing channels and tools.   
Compensation: The position offers a starting salary of $59,500 (salary negotiable based upon experience) and a competitive benefits package.
