PT Children’s Room Information Specialist - $19.38/hour
Duties include:
- Monitoring behavior and safety in the Children’s Room
- Assisting children and parents in use of resources in the Children’s Room including book selection, researching information, computer & iPad usage
- Assisting with organizing books and cleaning up toys
- Conducting programs for babies, toddlers and school age children in person and remotely
Qualifications:
- B. A. degree, experience supervising and working with children
- Teaching degree/experience preferred
- Knowledge of children’s literature, child development and literacy
- Library experience or Library school enrollees preferred
Hours: M 2:30-8; Every other Sun. 11:30-4
