Carolyn has been with Southeastern since January 2013. She develops and manages programs and services to support the professional development needs of Southeastern’s members. This includes implementing digital equity and inclusion programs and forming relationships with relevant community-based organizations. Carolyn is the Program Manager for Digital Navigators of the Hudson Valley and a member of Library Freedom Project.
